Our carefully designed and tastefully decorated bedrooms are fully equipped for all your needs with every room having en-suite bathrooms and a room which includes invalid facilities. Our first floor front facing rooms also come with baloneys with a view of Penshaw monument. Special rates can be arranged for long stay guests or larger parties. Most of our rooms come with free wireless internet but to ensure you have a room with a connection, please mention this when making your booking.

Business Rates

If you are staying in the area on repeated occasions, for an extended period of time or are booking a large amount of rooms then special prices can be arranged on request. Special requirements can also be taken in to consideration such as early or late breakfasts and late check in times. Coach Tours

If you are a coach operator with trips heading in to Durham then the Highfield hotel is a perfect location for accommodating large or small tours, we have a large, flood light lit car park which can fit multiple coaches, special prices can be arranged on a group basis and meal deals can also be included.
